Downloading the game from Ashenfallous is free. Users receive free chips from Ashenfallous to start and periodically. This grants Users a limited license to play our games. Each User is allowed one account per social network for service use. Users cannot create multiple accounts to accumulate free chips. This behavior is easily detectable and will lead to the suspension and/or banning of all User accounts.
Users should not use scripts or manual processes to accumulate free chips abusively.
Users should not use the services, create an account, or continue using an account if they have been removed or banned from using the service.
Users should discontinue using any Ashenfallous game or service if they do not agree with the terms of service, as their license to use the service will immediately terminate.
Users do not have the right to perform actions, including but not limited to:
Deleting all information and content related to the copyright on Ashenfallous software and other copies;
Conducting reverse engineering, assembly, or compilation on Ashenfallous's game, irrespective of any intent to plagiarize or alter the game software;
Using, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, assembling, releasing, publishing, setting up a mirror site, or developing derivative products, works, or services related to Ashenfallous's game software without written authorization from Ashenfallous for information related to Ashenfallous's game software.
Users are prohibited from hosting, posting, displaying, uploading, modifying, copying, transmitting, publishing, updating, sharing, or storing certain information using Ashenfallous's game, including but not limited to:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
